A well‑established and growing Wealth Management Practice is seeking a motivated Wealth Management Assistant to join its supportive and professional team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to develop their career within a fast‑paced, client‑focused financial services environment. The practice consists of a small team of financial advisers supported by an experienced administration function. They specialise in providing high‑quality financial planning services to high‑net‑worth individuals and successful business owners.
The Role
- Delivering comprehensive administrative support to advisers and wider colleagues
- Managing and preparing key data for client reports and portfolio reviews
- Producing meeting packs and writing follow‑up client meeting notes
- Handling client and provider enquiries via phone, email, and letter
- Managing and updating the Practice's CRM system
- Diary management for senior team members
- Processing new business and liaising with relevant external administration teams
- Ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of the practice through proactive organisation and attention to detail
Full training is provided, with clear opportunities for progression and professional development.
The Person
- Previous experience within an administrative or office support role
- Financial services experience (Wealth Management, IFA, etc.) – desirable but not essential
- Excellent customer service skills and the confidence to build strong client relationships
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft 365 and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time‑management capabilities
- A professional, discreet, and proactive approach
