The Role
RGH‑Global is seeking an experienced Pipefitter to join the client's installation team. You will install, test and commission stainless steel and degreased copper pipework within medical, laboratory and other controlled environments. Candidates with medical gas experience —particularly those who have worked as a Competent Person (CP) or have equivalent competency under HTM 02‑01—will be strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Install stainless steel and degreased copper pipework to required standards.
- Carry out brazing and nitrogen purging where required.
- Support testing, commissioning and validation of completed systems.
- Work to strict safety, compliance and technical standards.
- Interpret technical drawings and work independently on site.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support system handover.
- Represent the business professionally with clients and contractors.
About You
- Proven experience as a Pipefitter in specialist, high‑purity or regulated environments.
- Ideally experienced in medical gas pipeline systems (HTM 02‑01).
- Competent Person (CP) experience or equivalent competency is highly desirable.
- Skilled in stainless steel and/or copper pipework, including brazing or welding.
- Strong understanding of safety, compliance and quality standards.
- Able to work independently and communicate effectively on site.
- Full UK driving licence.
