About the Client

The Role
Lead a multidisciplinary team at a new Huddersfield clinic, managing neurodevelopmental assessments for autism and ADHD under public health patient choice programs.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising psychologists, therapists, and support staff
- Overseeing diagnostic assessments (ADOS-2, ADI-R, QB)
- Managing clinic operations, performance metrics, and contract delivery
- Ensuring clinical governance and case management
- Supporting onboarding, training, and process improvements
Qualifications
- HCPC or NMC registered clinician (Psychologist, SLT, OT, Nurse)
- ADOS-2 / ADI-R trained (QB training desirable)
- Experience in neurodevelopmental assessments and team management
- Knowledge of DSM-5 criteria and differential diagnosis
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
