The Role

What You Bring

  • Qualifications: Qualified to deliver the Care Certificate and certified in Train the Trainer and First Aid/BLS.
  • Skills: Proficiency in staff competency assessments, risk assessments, and care planning.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of learners.
