We're supporting a leading UK broadband provider that is expanding its network across Scotland. As they bring next-generation connectivity to thousands of new homes, they need driven, people-first sales professionals to be the face of the brand on the ground.

THE ROLE

This is a field-based, door-to-door B2C sales position. You'll be visiting residential buildings across Glasgow, introducing residents to the service, building genuine rapport, and guiding them through to sign-up. You'll also represent the brand at resident events, deliver promotional materials, and gather customer feedback. This is a Monday to Friday role with hours suited to reaching customers at home.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Conducting face-to-face sales visits to residential properties
  • Building rapport with residents and clearly communicating the benefits of the service
  • Achieving monthly sales targets and maintaining a consistent daily visit schedule
  • Acting as a brand ambassador in every customer interaction
  • Representing the company at resident meetings and community events
  • Capturing customer feedback on products, pricing and competitors

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • A proven track record in sales or a customer-facing role
  • Confident, energetic and motivated — you genuinely enjoy selling
  • Comfortable working to targets and being accountable for your results
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor your approach to different customers
  • Experience handling objections or customer feedback
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
