Our client, a leading parking technology company, is looking for a Finance Lead.
PURPOSE
The Finance Lead plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day management of the Finance team. Working closely with the Finance Director, they drive commercial and strategic planning, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of financial services.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support commercial and strategic decision-making.
- Generate short, medium, and long-term strategic reports for P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow.
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring accuracy in financial records and efficient cashflow management.
- Review and support payroll and pension submissions.
- Lead the Year End Audit process with minimal disruption to the business.
- Ensure accurate completion of Month and Year End tasks within specified timelines.
- Provide up-to-date management information for financial reviews, identifying areas for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of Statutory Accounts and Annual Tax Packs.
- Manage Finance Team members to achieve set KPIs and deliverables.
