Role Purpose
The Paraplanner will play a key role in supporting advisers and maintaining high standards of advice delivery across the business. Working collaboratively with paraplanning colleagues, advisers, compliance, and administration teams, you will be responsible for producing accurate, compliant, and client-focused reports while contributing to the continuous improvement of systems and processes. The role involves managing complex cases, ensuring technical accuracy and consistency, and supporting the integration of robust advice standards across a growing organisation. Your contribution will directly influence advice quality and overall client experience.

Skills & Experience
- Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent) or near completion
- Previous paraplanning experience
- Experience within a financial advice or wealth management environment
- Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, taxation, and protection
- Proven ability to produce accurate, compliant, and client-focused suitability reports
- Excellent understanding of FCA regulations and advice standards
- High attention to detail and strong commitment to technical accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability particularly for complex planning scenarios
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
