We're supporting a leading UK broadband provider that is expanding its network across Scotland. As they bring next-generation connectivity to thousands of new homes, they need driven, people-first sales professionals to be the face of the brand on the ground.
THE ROLE
This is a field-based, door-to-door B2C sales position. You'll be visiting residential buildings across Edinburgh, introducing residents to the service, building genuine rapport, and guiding them through to sign-up. You'll also represent the brand at resident events, deliver promotional materials, and gather customer feedback. This is a Monday to Friday role with hours suited to reaching customers at home.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Conducting face-to-face sales visits to residential properties
- Building rapport with residents and clearly communicating the benefits of the service
- Achieving monthly sales targets and maintaining a consistent daily visit schedule
- Acting as a brand ambassador in every customer interaction
- Representing the company at resident meetings and community events
- Capturing customer feedback on products, pricing and competitors
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A proven track record in sales or a customer-facing role
- Confident, energetic and motivated — you genuinely enjoy selling
- Comfortable working to targets and being accountable for your results
- Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor your approach to different customers
- Experience handling objections or customer feedback
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
