Our client is seeking an experienced and professional Domiciliary Care Worker who is compassionate, reliable, and confident working independently in service users' homes.

The Opportunity

You will support individuals in their own homes, enabling them to maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care with dignity and respect
  • Supporting with medication administration
  • Assisting with meal preparation and hydration
  • Supporting with light household tasks
  • Monitoring wellbeing and reporting concerns
  • Maintaining accurate care records
  • Building positive, professional relationships with service users and families

This role requires someone who is organised, dependable, and comfortable working alone while remaining part of a supportive wider team.

Essential Criteria

  • Minimum 6 months recent UK care experience
  • Experience working in domiciliary or community care (preferred)
  • Good communication and record-keeping skills
  • Professional and compassionate approach
  • Full right to work in the UK
