We are looking for a bright, capable and highly organised Digital Marketing Executive to support the wider digital marketing function across the business. This role is suited to someone who has already gained 1–2 years of practical experience through a previous role, placement year or internship, and who is now ready to build on that experience in a broader marketing role. You will support day-to-day digital marketing activity across websites, email campaigns, newsletters, digital content, campaign support and marketing coordination. This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants broad exposure across a growing business, enjoys variety, and is looking to develop quickly in an environment where they can take real ownership and contribute from the outset.
Key responsibilities
- Support website updates, including blogs, copy amends, imagery updates and general housekeeping
- Assist with the planning and delivery of email campaigns and newsletters
- Help manage digital content calendars and campaign timelines
- Upload, format and maintain content across websites and digital platforms
- Support basic SEO tasks, metadata updates and content optimisation
- Use tools such as WordPress, Canva, Gamma and AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Claude to support delivery
- Help maintain brand consistency across digital channels
- Support digital reporting, campaign tracking and performance monitoring where required
- Assist with general digital marketing coordination and administration
- Work across multiple priorities, using sound judgement and effective time management
What we're looking for
- 1–2 years of practical digital marketing experience through a previous role, internship, placement year or similar
- Ideally a relevant degree
- Strong interest in digital marketing, content and campaign delivery
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Confidence working independently and using initiative
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using WordPress or similar content management systems
- Experience supporting email campaigns, newsletters or wider digital content activity
- Familiarity with Canva, Gamma and AI platforms such as ChatGPT or Claude
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- An interest in recruitment, HR tech, B2B or professional services would be an advantage
