This role focuses on advising clients both occupiers and workspace operators on securing office spaces that align with their strategic and commercial objectives.
Role Overview
As a Commercial Office Leasing Agent, you will provide expert guidance to clients seeking office spaces, including leased and managed solutions. You will also support flexible workspace operators in identifying and acquiring new locations to expand their portfolios. The role includes business development to attract new clients and pitch tailored services.
This is a client-focused, consultative position that demands deep market insight, sharp commercial instincts, and exceptional negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide occupiers in securing traditional leased office spaces.
- Assist clients in finding suitable managed office solutions.
- Represent flexible workspace operators in sourcing and acquiring new locations.
- Perform market research and arrange property viewings for clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms, including lease agreements and managed office deals, on behalf of clients.
