As part of its continued expansion, the business is strengthening its paraplanning function. This role offers the opportunity to join during a high-growth phase, working closely with an experienced senior leadership team to help shape and deliver a best-in-class paraplanning proposition. You will gain exposure to complex planning cases, contribute to scalable processes and benefit from structured professional development support, including progression towards advanced qualifications such as Chartered status.
The Paraplanner will play a key role in supporting advisers and maintaining high standards of advice delivery across the business. Working collaboratively with paraplanning colleagues, advisers, compliance and administration teams, you will be responsible for producing accurate, compliant and client-focused reports while contributing to the continuous improvement of systems and processes. The role involves managing complex cases, ensuring technical accuracy and consistency, and supporting the integration of robust advice standards across a growing organisation. Your contribution will directly influence advice quality and overall client experience.

Skills & Experience
- Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent), or near completion
- Previous paraplanning experience
- Experience within a financial advice or wealth management environment
- Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, taxation and protection
- Proven ability to produce accurate, compliant and client-focused suitability reports
- Excellent understanding of FCA regulations and advice standards
- High attention to detail and strong commitment to technical accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, particularly for complex planning scenarios
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
