Talent Acquisition Partner

Certain Advantage is hiring for a Talent Acquisition Partner based in Cheshire.
This role is on a permanent basis and is a hybrid role – 2 days in the office, 3 days at home with flexibility around business needs.

We are working with a fast-paced property business that is tech-focused with sites in various locations in the UK. The business is award-winning and is growing year on year.

The Role:
This role is for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner who is ambitious and ready to make an impact. You will be results-oriented and driven to succeed.
You will be part of the Recruitment HR team managing a variety of roles and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. The role reports to the Head of HR.

Main Duties

  1. Strategic Workforce Planning
  2. Sourcing and Candidate Outreach
  3. Candidate Screening and Assessment
  4. Employer Branding and Candidate Experience
  5. Collaboration with Hiring Managers
  6. Tracking and Reporting
  7. Managing the ATS system

The Individual
Skills & Experience

  1. Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the property or professional services sector.
  2. Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  5. Understanding of the recruitment life cycle.
  6. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
