I am looking for an experienced mid-weight Digital Designer to join a leading global financial institution based in London. As Digital Designer you will join their in-house Creative Studio and will play a key role in creating compelling marketing assets for various channels, as the business continues to invest in innovative ways to attract new customers, deepen engagement and ultimately drive increased satisfaction.
As an experienced Digital Designer you will be confident in creating content across all digital platforms, as well as developing assets for print when required.
Key responsibilities:- Creative design work across multiple marketing campaigns, and communications, including paid, earned and owned channels.
- Collaborate with other designers and the wider marketing team on ideation, execution and delivery of creative briefs.
- Take ownership of projects, managing them end-to-end, working closely with stakeholders across the business.
- Build and maintain relationships across the business and with external agency partners.
- Ensure design guidelines, systems and best practice are followed consistently across all projects.
- Ensure customers are at the heart of everything you do, including enhancing all designs to meet firm wide accessibility standards.
- 5+ years experience as a Designer, either in-house or with a creative agency.
- Experience working in financial services or other regulated environments.
- Experience delivering multi-channel marketing projects adhering to brand guidelines.
- Your portfolio shows your passion for design, showcasing your technical competency, creative thinking and an understanding of customers.
- You’re comfortable using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign), with the ability to animate.
- Other technical skills: Knowledge of video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro), Ability to create HTML5 banners, Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design or similar design related qualifications.
To be successful in this role you will have a meticulous attention to detail, can manage your own time efficiently and prioritize projects. You will be motivated, curious, proactive and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative cross-functional environment.
