We are looking for an experienced Security Supervisor for a series of contracts across London and the South‑East.

The Ideal Security Supervisor Will Be Able To
- Supervise the effective day‑to‑day management of the contract
- Carry out certification validation
- Develop a strong collaborative working relationship with engineers to promote excellent customer service
- Provide technical knowledge to the wider team
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- The candidate must have experience with a range of different products and manufacturers, with at least 3 years experience surveying and installing and servicing Security Systems
- Customer‑orientated, with the ability to adapt and respond to clients in different situations
- Good attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
- Someone with a passion to continue to learn and develop themselves and their skills
- An individual with the desire to install and maintain services to the highest standards
- Experience with reviewing risk assessments and managing remedial works
- Competence in a range of tasks from surveying, maintenance inspections, completing installation works directly
- Experience supervising internal staff and subcontractors to complete installation works
- As a growing team, we are looking for someone who can build and develop a team around them, training staff to complete a range of Security Works under their supervision
Qualifications
- UK Driving Licence (required)
- SSSTS (preferred but not required)
- At least 2 years proven experience supervising
Schedule
Monday – Friday 08:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with 1‑hour lunch break
