The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Service Engineer to join a growing and well-established fire and life safety business covering London and the surrounding areas. This role is ideal for an engineer with strong fault-finding abilities, experience servicing a variety of fire alarm systems, and knowledge of AOV/smoke control systems. You'll be responsible for maintenance, small works, compliance inspections, and supporting clients with technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain and fault-find on fire alarm systems.
- Carry out small works and system modifications.
- Replace and commission conventional, addressable and wireless devices.
- Download, upload and configure fire alarm panels.
- Conduct fire alarm surveys and identify upgrade opportunities.
- Complete maintenance reports and compliance documentation.
- Test and verify Cause & Effect (C&E) programming.
- Ensure all work complies with BS5839 and industry standards.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Fire Alarm Service Engineer.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Experience servicing and maintaining fire alarm systems within commercial environments.
- Fire Alarm Panel Experience
- Knowledge of the following systems is required:

- Experience with additional manufacturers is advantageous.
- Wireless Fire Systems
- Experience with:
