We are recruiting an experienced Electrical Engineer to work within social housing properties across London. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified domestic electrician looking for stability, long-term progression, and strong earning potential. Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out electrical repairs, installations, maintenance and testing within social housing properties
  • Complete EICRs, remedial works, fault finding and upgrades
  • Work in compliance with BS 7671 and all electrical safety standards
  • Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service to tenants
  • Maintain accurate job records and documentation
  • Ensure safe working practices across all tasks

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Level 2 / Level 3 Electrical Engineering qualification (essential)
  • AM2 qualification (desirable)
  • Experience working in social housing, domestic electrical repairs, maintenance, or EICR testing (preferred)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong understanding of electrical safety and regulations

Desirable Qualifications

  • City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing) or equivalent
  • Additional electrical certifications or specialist courses
