The Role
As a Senior Administrator, you will provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Passive Fire Team, helping ensure contracts run efficiently and documentation is maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinating works across multiple contracts and projects.
Supporting the planning and scheduling of works.
Liaising with clients, operatives, subcontractors, and internal departments.
Maintaining accurate contract documentation, records, and databases.
