We are seeking an experienced Passive Fire Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of passive fire protection projects across the Southeast of England, including Chigwell and surrounding areas. This is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and fully compliant with UK fire safety legislation and third-party accreditation standards.
You will oversee multiple contracts, manage subcontractors and direct labour, maintain strong commercial control, and build lasting client relationships all while ensuring the highest standards of life safety and quality.
