About the Role We are looking for a motivated and organised Trainee Site Supervisor to join our growing team in Bristol.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with construction experience who is looking to take the next step in their career and develop into a Site Supervisor . Full training and relevant certifications will be provided, with a clear progression pathway for the right person.
You will work closely with Site Management and the wider contract team, gaining hands-on experience across site operations, health and safety, quality control, materials management and resident liaison.
Key Responsibilities Managing and organising materials for site operatives.
Supporting the implementation and maintenance of site health and safety systems.
Helping to keep sites clean, safe, organised and tidy.
Assisting with waste management, including skip change-overs and general site waste.
Supporting Site Management and the wider contract team with day-to-day site activities.
Assisting with maintaining high standards of workmanship and quality across the site.
Making appointments and bookings with residents.
Maintaining and updating no-access lists and assisting with access issues.
Supporting the smooth running and coordination of site activities.
Working closely with operatives, subcontractors, residents and the wider project team.
Following company procedures and helping to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
About You We are looking for someone who is reliable, proactive and keen to develop their career within construction and site management.
Essential / Desirable Experience Previous construction experience is required.
Experience in passive fire protection, carpentry or a similar trade would be highly desirable.
