Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum (DOE) Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent \n About the Role \n We are seeking an experienced Door Entry / Access Control Engineer to join our growing fire team covering Epsom, Guildford, Kent and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding of door entry and access control systems across a range of commercial, social housing, and town centre properties. Assistance may be required on 2nd fix installations from time to time. \n This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled engineer looking for a stable, long-term role with excellent benefits and career progression. \n Key Responsibilities \n \n Servicing, maintenance, and fault diagnosis of door entry and access control systems \n Working on both new installations and reactive maintenance contracts \n Upgrading and commissioning systems to current industry standards \n Providing excellent customer service to clients and residents \n Accurate completion of job reports and documentation \n Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times \n \n Essential Requirements \n \n Minimum 2+ years' experience working with intercom/door entry systems (ideally including ENTROTEC ) \n Minimum 2+ years' experience working with access control systems (ideally including INTRATONE, PAC, and ENSIGN ) \n Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills \n Full UK driving licence \n Ability to work independently and as part of a team \n \n Desirable Experience \n \n Experience working within social housing environments \n Experience working in town centre / high-footfall commercial environments \n \n Salary & Benefits \n \n £38,000 - £42,000 per annum (depending on experience) \n 23 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays (1 additional day per year of service (up to a maximum of 25 days) \n All parking costs and charges covered via company app or dedicated parking team \n Company van and fuel card (role dependent) \n Pension: People's Pension - 5% employee contribution \n HAPI Rewards App - retail discounts and perks \n 24/7 Virtual GP access \n Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) for wellbeing support \n \n \n JBRP1_UKTJ
