Passive Fire Supervisor Β£45,000 Β£50,000 Site-Based | Full-Time | PAYE We are recruiting an experienced Passive Fire Supervisor to lead site teams delivering fire stopping, fire door installation/remediation, and compartmentation works across live projects. This is a hands-on supervisory role ensuring all works are delivered safely, compliantly, and in line with FIRAS / BM TRADA standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support teams of passive fire operatives Allocate daily tasks and manage productivity on-site Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with Approved Document B Deliver toolbox talks and enforce Health & Safety standards Maintain installation records, photographic evidence, and compliance documentation Liaise with clients and third-party inspectors Requirements SSSTS or SMSTS Valid CSCS card 3 years experience in fire stopping or fire door remediation Strong understanding of BM TRADA / ADB requirements Ability to read fire strategy drawings NVQ Level 2/3 in Passive Fire Protection or Carpentry desirable.
