Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (40 hours per week)

About the Role

We are looking for a professional, organised, and reliable Office Administrator to join our team based in Chigwell. This is a full-time office-based role that will involve handling inbound and outbound calls, supporting customers and clients, and providing administrative assistance to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage inbound telephone calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Make outbound calls to customers, clients, and suppliers as required.
  • Accurately record call notes and update CRM systems.
  • Manage customer enquiries and direct them to the appropriate team member.
  • Maintain and update client records, databases, and documentation.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and diary management.
  • Prepare and process correspondence, emails, and reports.
  • Support the wider team with general administrative duties.
  • Ensure all information is handled confidentially and in accordance with company procedures.
  • Follow up on customer requests and outstanding actions.
