The Ideal Door Entry/Access Control Service & Maintenance Engineer will have
Qualifications required for a Door Entry/Access Control Service & Maintenance Engineer:
UK Driving License (required)
Experience:
At least 1 years experience in Door Entry/Access Control Service & Maintenance
Responsibilities:
Servicing and maintenance of access control/door entry systems such as Pac, Entrotec
Replacing handsets
Replacing panels
Diagnosing and repairing faults
Providing the highest level of customer care and always promoting a good external perception of the company
Complying with company procedures and policies to ensure smooth delivery of our service.
Producing reporting on time and to agreed standards.
Adhering to the companys quality management system and recycle correctly and responsibly.
Required Skills:
Experience in the installation, configuration and maintenance of access control and door entry systems.
Basic IT Skills
UK Driving License
Preferred Skills:
Must be quality focused and have a good attention to detail.
Fault finding
Experience working with Entrotec and PAC products.
Experience working in social housing.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday 08:00am-5:00pm with 1 hour lunch break
