We're looking for an experienced Passive Fire Site Supervisor to join our growing team, overseeing passive fire protection projects across Bristol and the surrounding areas.

If you have hands-on experience within the passive fire industry and are confident leading teams on site, we'd like to hear from you.

The Role

As a Passive Fire Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

You'll manage site teams, liaise with clients and contractors, and ensure all passive fire works comply with current regulations and certification requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise passive fire installation teams across multiple sites.
  • Manage day-to-day site activities and workforce.
  • Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
  • Carry out quality inspections and site audits.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety legislation.
  • Coordinate with project managers, site managers, and clients.
  • Complete site reports, progress updates, and photographic records.
  • Identify and resolve on-site issues quickly and effectively.
  • Ensure projects remain on programme and within scope.
  • Promote a positive safety culture and high standards of workmanship.

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience within the passive fire protection industry.
  • Experience supervising site teams.

  • Fire Stopping
  • Fire Doors
  • Compartmentation
  • Passive Fire Protection Systems
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.

Desirable Qualifications

SSSTS or SMSTS.

CSCS Card.

FIRAS, BM TRADA, or equivalent industry experience.

First Aid at Work qualification.

Experience using digital reporting systems.
