We are looking for an experienced Active Fire Supervisor for a series of contracts across London and the South‑East. RGE is a rapidly growing Fire and Electrical compliance business with a fantastic reputation with our clients, and a great track record in investing in our staff to help them further their careers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the effective day‑to‑day management of the contract
• Carry out certification validation
• Develop a strong collaborative working relationship with engineers to promote excellent customer service
• Provide technical knowledge to the wider team
• Experience with reviewing risk assessments and managing remedial works
• Competence in a range of tasks from surveying, maintenance inspections, completing installation works directly
• Experience supervising internal staff and subcontractors to complete installation works
• Build and develop a team around them, training staff to complete a range of Security Works under their supervision

Candidate Profile

• Experience with a range of different products and manufacturers, with at least 3 years’ experience surveying, installing and servicing Fire Alarm Systems
• Customer orientated, with the ability to adapt and respond to clients in different situations
• Good attention to detail and ability to prioritise and manage their time effectively
• A passion to continue to learn and develop themselves and their skills
• An individual with the desire to install and maintain services to the highest standards

Qualifications required for an Active Fire Supervisor

• UK Driving Licence (required)
• SSSTS (preferred but not required)
• At least 2 years’ proven experience supervising

Schedule

Monday – Friday 08:00 am‑5:00 pm with 1‑hour lunch break
