We are looking for experienced Access Control / Door Entry Contracts Manager for a series of contracts across London and the South‑East. RGE is a rapidly growing Fire and Electrical compliance business, with a fantastic reputation with our clients, and a great track record in investing in our staff to help them further their careers.

The ideal Access Control / Door Entry Contract Manager will be able to:
- Manage the effective day to day management of the contract's reactive and PPM service delivery.
- Lead, support and develop your team to ensure the highest professional standards are achieved at all times.
- Develop a strong collaborative working relationship with clients to promote excellent customer service.
- Manage all aspects of accurate pricing from quotations, reviewing works and invoicing.
- Ensure all KPIs are measured and delivered in line with client's expectations.
- Take responsibility in the procurement of any materials required for the contract.
- Take a proactive approach to ensure all best practices for legal & compliance matters are achieved.
- Supervise & train less experienced supervisors and engineers.
Qualifications required for an Access Control / Door Entry Contract Manager:
- A minimum of three years' experience in contract management required, preferably gained in delivering to the public sector.
- Strong knowledge of Access Control and Door Entry.
- Computer literacy: Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Good presentation, leadership & management skills
Schedule: Monday - Friday 08:00am‑5:00pm with 1‑hour lunch break
Salary & Benefits:
- Market‑leading salary relative to experience (PAYE) (weekly pay)
