We are seeking a skilled Human Capital Management Integration Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the integrations, ensuring seamless data flow and system functionality between SAP, Success Factors, Dayforce, Snowflake, and external benefits vendors.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and configuration of HCM solutions.
- Gather and analyze client requirements to design effective integration solutions.
- Develop and maintain integration processes.
- Understand SAP's Clean Core methodology and use the approved tools for integration.
- Work with XML imports and exports to facilitate data integration.
- Utilize API knowledge to develop and maintain integrations with various systems.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure successful data migration and system integration.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for integration issues.
- Conduct training sessions for clients on HCM functionality.
- Ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Required Years of Experience
- 5+ years directly related experience.

- Proven experience with HCM implementations and integration.
- Strong knowledge of integration tools and technologies.
- Experience with integrating HCM with various systems, including Equifax for employment verification, Concur for payroll import, SAP for severance remittance, severance payments, GL posting data, time data, third-party payments, and appliance loan finance information, Voya for deferral and loan to payroll, financial allocations, and demographic and eligibility data, UBS for optionee data, Anthem/EyeMed/MetLife for contributions, SuccessFactors/Dayforce for Organization Synchronization APIs, Employee Master Data Interface, and Payroll Interfaces PAC for reporting, Benevity for payroll deduction and success file (remittance), UNUM for FMLA and LTD eligibility, Alight for monthly pension earnings file, demographic and indicative data, and payroll instruction, Inspira (Pay Flex) for FSA and HSA allocations, Mercer (Choice) for eligibility, deductions, and remittance, Credit Union for deductions/remittance and missed deductions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Soft Skills Requirements
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to lead, collaborate, or work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams.
- Project management experience is a plus.
Education
- Minimum of High School Diploma/Equivalency Required.
- Bachelors Preferred in Business, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics.
