The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
We are currently working with a nationally recognised Main contracting business who are in need of additional resource in the form of a Site based Design & Information Co-ordinator for a major long term project.
You will be ensuring that the site team have the necessary documentation to be able to execute their works packages to the correct specification and within the expected quality and budgetary standards.
You will be liaising closely with Site & Project Managers, the design team, client representatives and consultants to manage and distribute essential project information, organise and execute RFI's, deal with any technical queries, update records and software and report on any missing documentation or non delivery.
It is expected you will be fully established with significant construction industry experience, gained in a similar role, ideally within a general contracting environment. You will need excellent knowledge of managing design, technical and quality documentation and sound communication skills.
