We’re working with a well-established transport consultancy seeking a Senior Design Engineer to join their Hampshire office. This is a great opportunity for a design-focused engineer looking to lead technical highway infrastructure projects. You’ll play a hands-on role in delivering practical, high-quality design solutions across a range of transport schemes.
Key responsibilities:
- Producing and reviewing detailed highway design outputs (DMRB, MfS, MCHW etc.)
- Solving complex design challenges and ensuring compliance with standards
- Supporting junior engineers and guiding CAD output
- Managing your own tasks and contributing to wider programme planning
- Preparing fee proposals and managing external sub-consultants
What you’ll bring:
- Solid experience in highway or transport infrastructure design
