We are looking to recruit an experienced Air Conditioning and Chiller Engineer to join our growing engineering division. The Role
You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, fault finding, and repairing a wide range of HVAC and cooling equipment across commercial client sites. The position will also involve installation work, as the business continues to grow its in-house projects division and reduce reliance on subcontractors.
Equipment and Systems

- AHUs and associated HVAC plant
- Controls and electrical fault finding (desirable)
Installation Experience
Experience carrying out installation works is essential, including:
- Single split systems
- Multi-split systems

- Pipework and control systems
Candidate Requirements
- Fully qualified Air Conditioning / Refrigeration Engineer
- Proven experience within commercial AC and chiller environments
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability
- Installation experience essential
- Able to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Professional and customer-focused approach
- Full UK Driving Licence
Location and Coverage
This is a mobile role covering commercial sites primarily across the North and Midlands. Most work is concentrated along the M62 corridor, including:
- Greater Manchester
- Leeds
- Sheffield
- Midlands and surrounding areas
Engineers are generally kept within reasonable travelling distance where possible. Ideal locations:
- Sheffield
- Leeds
- Greater Manchester
Other suitably located candidates will also be considered.
