The practice offers long term stability, a supportive working environment, and the opportunity to work on complex, high value projects that provide genuine technical depth and responsibility.
The role will focus on the technical delivery of projects, working closely with architects, consultants and external stakeholders through the later design stages.
Role & responsibilities- Producing detailed technical drawing packages and construction information
- Coordinating technical information with consultants and specialist subcontractors
- Ensuring designs comply with current UK Building Regulations
- Supporting projects through technical design, tender and construction stages
- Responding to technical queries and design changes during delivery
- Assisting with maintaining drawing standards and project documentation
- Relevant qualification in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
- Solid experience producing technical drawing packages
- Good working knowledge of UK Building Regulations
- Experience within industrial, logistics or data centre sectors is desirable but not essential
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
- Able to manage workload and collaborate effectively within a project team
