Civil Engineering Structural Engineering Transport Planning As investment continues across the Midlands, the Longbridge office is expanding its Civil Engineering capability, creating an excellent opportunity for a Principal Engineer to make a genuine impact. As Principal Civil Engineer, you'll combine technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, overseeing projects from concept through to completion while supporting the continued growth of the team. Lead and manage the design and delivery of infrastructure projects across residential and commercial developments. Ensure projects comply with Section 278, Section 38, Section 104 and Section 185 agreements. Manage project programmes, budgets and resources to ensure successful delivery. Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and supporting the growth of the Birmingham office. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and strengthen the Civil Engineering team. Proven experience leading projects and managing client relationships. Strong knowledge of highways and drainage design, including relevant Section Agreements.
