A thriving local construction services provider with a broad portfolio of contracting and development schemes is seeking an established Site/Senior Site Manager able to take the lead on a bespoke new build & refurb scheme about to commence on site in a stunning location!

The project, a private residence with luxury in mind, is programmed over 46 weeks and commences next month. We are seeking a self-sufficient, methodical and organised Manager with excellent H & S knowledge, communication skills and a passion for delivery.

The successful candidate will be involved in everything from:

  • organising materials & site logistics
  • value engineering
  • interpreting and organising site drawings
  • completing site records
  • co-ordinating the site team
  • liaising with the client and their consultants

You should have sound knowledge of the local area and supply chain, and have experience of working in rural locations with limited access where the views are definitely worth it!
