Excellent PAYE Day Rate DOE | Long-Term Contract | South Devon
/n Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for your next long-term contract opportunity on a major civil engineering project in the South West?
/n Our client, a leading Tier 1 civil engineering contractor, is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an established commercial team on a high-profile infrastructure project in South Devon.
The Role
/n Commercial management of a major civil engineering project
/n NEC contract administration
/n Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs) & forecasting
/n Procurement & subcontract management
/n Compensation Events & change control
/n Commercial reporting & final accounts
/n Working closely with operational and commercial teams to maximise project performance
What We're Looking For
/n Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering or infrastructure
/n Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts
/n Experience delivering major infrastructure or highways projects
/n Excellent commercial reporting, forecasting and cost management skills
/n Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
