We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to take responsibility for coordinating the operation and maintenance of facilities and fleet across a local business based in the Torbay area. You’ll coordinate maintenance activities, support compliance with legal and health & safety requirements, and work closely with operational teams to deliver cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure health & safety and legal compliance across facilities, plant yard, and commercial fleet are met
  • Coordinate scheduled inspections, statutory checks, repairs and maintenance within the business
  • Liaise with contractors and manage service and utility contracts
  • Support operational teams and project groups by providing facilities coordination
  • Produce and manage budget reports & support the project teams
  • Organising company fleet compliance, ensuring vehicles are safe, insured and maintained
  • Administration support, keeping documents up to date
About You:
  • Ideally similar operational, facilities experience
  • Worked within a coordinating/Administration role previously
  • Ability to manage contractors, negotiate contracts, and resolve issues quickly.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • GCSE English and Maths or equivalent.
  • Full, valid UK driving licence.
