A unique opportunity for an assistant technical coordinator to join a regional developer in Devon. Working within a small team, you will report to the technical manager and assist with projects from pre-construction stages through to handover.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Technical Managers with administrative tasks such as dealing with external consultants
- Collating information and drawings packs
- Liaising with utility providers and other external suppliers
- Updating and filing documents
- Liaising with internal departments including sales, construction and planning
- Attending site visits with the technical managers
- Participating in design lead meetings, taking notes which will need actioning
- Reviewing and providing feedback on consultant drawings and specifications
- Checking specialist subcontractors' information
