A unique opportunity for an assistant technical coordinator to join a regional developer in Devon. Working within a small team, you will report to the technical manager and assist with projects from pre-construction stages through to handover.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Technical Managers with administrative tasks such as dealing with external consultants
  • Collating information and drawings packs
  • Liaising with utility providers and other external suppliers
  • Updating and filing documents
  • Liaising with internal departments including sales, construction and planning
  • Attending site visits with the technical managers
  • Participating in design lead meetings, taking notes which will need actioning
  • Reviewing and providing feedback on consultant drawings and specifications
  • Checking specialist subcontractors' information
