A thriving, locally based developer currently on site with a bespoke new build residence is seeking interim assistance on this live scheme in the form of a competent and diligent Working Supervisor.
In addition to having a relevant project history, the usual SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid at work will be required together with good communication, excellent H & S awareness and a willingness to lead from the front. You should be as happy managing your own trades workload as you are managing the wider scheme's delivery and site team and ideally will have a Carpentry background.
You'd be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the site workforce, ensuring the work is executed with quality in mind and in a safe manner. Reporting into a Senior management team, you'll also potentially have some liaison with the client, consultants and the supply chain and be responsible for updating site diaries and records.
This interim role scheme is due to commence mid-July and run for circa 6 weeks so there's a run of work available with potential for further works subject to project pipeline.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong trade knowledge and experience of leading small teams to explore the supervisory/management side further.
If you're keen to know more, have the necessary skills and qualifications and are within commuting distance to the scheme please forward your CV today.
