We are currently recruiting for a Communications Assistant to support a busy highways business based in Ipswich. Reporting to the Communications Manager, you will play a key role in delivering both proactive and reactive communications, acting as a point of contact for public enquiries and complaints while helping to improve customer experience and service perception.
Key responsibilities include:
