Static Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – Paddington – 45K I am currently representing an excellent mechanical company who are in need of a static Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to work on a static site in Paddington. The position is due to sheer growth within the company who provide projects, service & maintenance contracts to a variety of gas, A/C, heating and mechanical services to high end commercial & residential clients. PACKAGE: 

• up to 45K basic

THE ROLE: Looking for a Static Mechanical Maintenance / Building Services Engineer on a high-end hotel site in Paddington. You will be carrying out Pre planned maintenance, reactive and repair work focusing and taking ownership on:

• AHU's 

• FCU's 

• Fan Motor Replacements 

• Resets
