We are currently recruiting for a Social Value Coordinator to support a busy Construction business based in Exeter. Working closely with the Social Value Manager, you will help deliver and monitor the regional Social Value Strategy across multiple projects.

The Role:

  • Support the delivery of social value strategies and action plans across construction projects
  • Engage with local stakeholders including community groups, councils, and charities
  • Coordinate community initiatives
  • Work with site teams to embed social value into project delivery
  • Produce reports, case studies and compliance documents
  • Promote social value

Requirements:

  • A background within social value or a general interest
  • Confident communicator and ability to work closely with local communities
  • Organised and can manage a varied workload
  • Experience in community engagement or sustainability is beneficial
  • Based in the Devon area
