How would you like to play a part in delivering one of the region's most impressive mixed-use developments? We are seeking an experienced and focused Quantity Surveyor looking for a new challenge and an exciting scheme to call their next work home!

You'd be complementing an existing team, initially working on procurement but then managing those packages when live to include valuations, variations and supply chain payments. In addition to previous experience of working on commercial projects ideally within a Tier 1/regional contracting business, you'll need great communication skills to accompany your commercial acumen.

This is a full-time, site-based contract role, to work with a client with community service and social value at its core so being locally based isn't just handy, it's something the team are passionate about. The initial phase of works is 12 months with real potential for further works thereafter.
