One of the UK's most experienced framework contractors with a project portfolio boasting academic, healthcare and other public sector works, is seeking to expand their team on a long term framework. They are in need of an experienced and diligent Senior Site Manager to enhance their existing team who are currently engaged on multiple schemes under the framework.
As an experienced Senior Site Manager you'll be engaged in:
- Coordinating and managing construction work, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at all times.
- Supervising construction workers and subcontractors.
- Conducting regular inspections of site to identify and address any potential issues or risks.
- Managing the relevant paperwork (i.e. daily inspections, QA, H S forms etc.).
- Monitoring costs and project progress.
- Finding solutions to problems that occur throughout the project.
In addition to having previous experience at this level, preferably within a defence setting, you'll need SMSTS, First aid at work and a Black CSCS card with Temporary works being highly advantageous. Due to the sensitive nature of this project, the client will need to process background checks/a DBS with a view to gaining full security clearance. Subject to clearance, this could be a reasonably quick start for a minimum 12 month duration though the project has up to 2 years left to run so there is potential for longevity.
