Senior Quantity Surveyor

Excellent PAYE Day Rate DOE | Long-Term Contract | South Devon

Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for your next long-term contract opportunity on a major civil engineering project in the South West?

Our client, a leading Tier 1 civil engineering contractor, is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an established commercial team on a high-profile infrastructure project in South Devon.

The Role

  • Commercial management of a major civil engineering project
  • NEC contract administration
  • Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs) & forecasting
  • Procurement & subcontract management
  • Compensation Events & change control
  • Commercial reporting & final accounts
  • Working closely with operational and commercial teams to maximise project performance

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering or infrastructure
  • Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts
  • Experience delivering major infrastructure or highways projects
  • Excellent commercial reporting, forecasting and cost management skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
