We are seeking a senior leader in planned maintenance and capital works to take accountability for the delivery of a major £28m planned investment programme. This is a high-impact role focused on ensuring homes are safe, compliant, and maintained to a consistently high standard, while driving long-term value and service improvement.
Scope of the role
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across planned and cyclical works, including kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, windows, and external programmes.
- Manage multi-disciplinary teams and external delivery partners.
- Oversee large-scale budget management and financial oversight.
- Ensure contract performance and supplier management.
- Maintain compliance, safety, and regulatory standards.
