We are working with a growing, independent civil engineering consultancy delivering practical and innovative solutions across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer / Technical Lead to join our team and take a leading role in the delivery of flood risk and drainage projects.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated engineer who enjoys technical leadership, client engagement, and project management. You will lead the preparation of Flood Risk Assessments and drainage strategies, oversee detailed drainage design, and provide technical guidance to colleagues across a range of development projects. Working closely with clients, local authorities, architects, and planning consultants, you will help deliver successful planning applications and infrastructure designs from concept through to construction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation of Flood Risk Assessments (FRA) for a variety of development projects.
  • Develop and coordinate surface water and foul drainage strategies to support planning applications.
