Sales Advisor – Mansfield - Permanent | Competitive Salary + Commission + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

5 days per week 10am - 5pm either Tuesday Wednesday off or Thursday Friday off, 1 IN 4 Weekends off.

Are you an experienced Sales Advisor with a passion for helping customers find their dream home? We are recruiting on behalf of a leading Developer for a Sales Advisor to join their successful sales team, covering developments across Leicestershire. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a well-established developer with an excellent reputation for quality homes and outstanding customer service.

The Role

As a Sales Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective buyers, guiding them through the home-buying journey from initial enquiry through to reservation and completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist prospective purchasers visiting the development.
  • Build rapport with customers and identify their individual requirements.
  • Manage enquiries and follow up leads.
  • Conduct development and show home tours.
  • Take reservations and complete all associated sales documentation accurately.
  • Liaise with solicitors, estate agents and financial advisers throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge, local market awareness and competitor information.
  • Ensure compliance and paperwork with all sales procedures, regulations and health & safety requirements.
  • Consistently deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets.

About You

  • Previous experience in new homes sales.
  • Strong sales, negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A positive, self-motivated approach.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays, with one weekend off every four weeks.
