I am eager to speak to Quantity Surveyors with a proven background working in the housebuilding sector. You will be accustomed to running your own projects and confident in the full commercial process from site procurement to final account.
You will be confident in dealing with the following:
Collating Trade specs, sending out tender packs, tender analysis, subcontractor package proposals, pre start, ensuring h&s is in place, budget management, measurements, valuations and final account

This is an office based role with regular travel to sites, with all projects being within a commutable distance of the office.
