Procurement Administrator in Bodmin (Hybrid Working Available – Full Time Office Based During Training). £13.45 per hour. Temporary Contract until April 2027. Monday to Friday | 37 hours per week.

Are you an organised administrator with excellent attention to detail and seeking a new role to start immediately? We are recruiting for a Procurement Administrator to join a busy Civils Contractor based in Bodmin.

The Role

You will provide high-quality administrative and operational support to help deliver efficient and compliant procurement activity across multiple business areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day procurement administration and processes
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and frameworks
  • Sourcing quotations and processing purchase orders
  • Managing the central inbox
  • Supporting accurate data management and reporting activities

What we’re looking for:

  • 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above (including English and Maths) or equivalent
  • Office Administration experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail
