The Role:
- Delivery of civil engineering design across drainage, highways & infrastructure
- S104, S106, S38, S278 work
- Overseeing quality, project delivery and client management
- Mentoring juniors as the office grows
- Supporting business development and helping shape the new team
What You’ll Need:
- Strong UK consultancy background
- Solid technical skillset (Civils 3D, AutoCAD, Flow/MicroDrainage)
- Comfortable running projects independently
- Confident in dealing with clients and leading design delivery
